Booking Policy for Songhai Studio 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our online booking system at songhai.studio. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all bookings. 2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, cash, donation-based methods, or bank transfer. Please contact us for bank transfer details. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking will be subject to availability. 5. Studio Time Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time without a refund. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be canceled, and payment will be forfeited. 6. Conduct All clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while using the studio. Any damages or disruptions caused by clients may result in additional charges. 7. Equipment Use Clients are responsible for any studio equipment used during their session. Please handle all equipment with care. Any lost or damaged equipment will incur repair or replacement costs. 8. Liability Songhai Studio is not liable for any personal injuries or damages that occur during your time at the studio. 9. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. A full refund will be provided in such cases. 10. Amendments This policy may be subject to change. The last update date will be noted on our website.
